3. Right of access, deletion and rectification

Your personal data will be completely deleted from the database when your account is deleted. Only your name and surname will be kept as long as they are registered in the pedigrees of other users in order not to delete the origins of their pigeons.


You may at any time request information about the data we collect about you (right of access). To do so, you must send us a request and a document confirming your identity, by e-mail to the following address: s.carnel@wingup.com.


You also have the right to request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. Of course, you also have the right to revoke your consent to the use or processing of your personal data in the future at any time. Please contact us by e-mail at s.carnel@wingup.com.


Stored data that are no longer required to achieve the stated purpose will be deleted.


With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to legal provisions that require certain data to be retained and are therefore obliged to comply with them. If you wish to delete data subject to this retention obligation, we will lock this data in our system and use it only in connection with the legal retention obligations. This data will be deleted after the end of the retention period in accordance with your request.

Content or other data provided by you, which is not stored with your user account, such as your first and last names appearing in the pedigrees of other users, data concerning pigeons or races, will be retained, even if your account is deleted. Thus, the pedigrees of other users will not be affected by your eventual departure.
